You will connect with guests, deliver outstanding service, and help manage the service department by scheduling associates, handling service appointments, and organizing workflow to ensure quality work on time.

The role emphasizes sales through guest interactions, relationship building, and leadership in driving service outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Automotive Service department experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• No relocation offered for this position.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Drive and reach sales goals through guest interactions including tire and service sales.
• Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction through liaison between technicians and guests.
• Effectively manage the service department as needed.
• Contribute to training and development of service department associates.
• Articulate all warranties, promotions, and advertisements.
• Utilize tools to make recommendations to guests based on manufacturing guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area.
• Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods, including lifting tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting.

You will also become familiar with managing the service department effectively by scheduling associates, service appointments and organizing work flow to deliver quality work on time to guest.

• Effectively manage the service department as needed
• Contribute to training and development of service department associates
• Articulate all warranties, promotions, and advertisements
• Utilize tools provided to make recommendations to guests based on manufacturing guidelines
• Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area
• Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods of time, which may include light and heavy lifting, including consumer tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous Automotive Service department experience
• Valid driver's license
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• No relocation is being offered for this position
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous management experience
• Previous automotive service sales experience
