Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in Gainesville, FL is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to help run the service department. You will schedule associates and appointments, oversee workflow, and ensure guest satisfaction through clear communication between technicians and customers.

You will drive tire and service sales, build guest relationships, train staff, and articulate warranties and promotions. Weekend hours may be required depending on location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive service department experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
