We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Service Manager to join our team at a large property in Fort Worth, TX.

Maintenance/Safety: Complete necessary repairs and improvements to apartment homes before resident move-in, following the make-ready checklist (e.g., window blinds, sheetrock repair, caulking, sealing, touch-up painting, lighting). Conduct daily inspections of the community, make repairs, and report to the Lead Maintenance Supervisor. Immediately notify the Community Manager of any illegal conduct by vendors, residents, or employees. Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities. Support cost-control initiatives by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible. Change locks and ensure gates operate according to code and policy. Assist with preventative maintenance and special projects. Handle service requests from the work order log. Maintain a positive customer service attitude and perform additional duties as needed.
Requirements
