A critical focus is coaching the Field Service Manager (FSM) district team’s collective and individual ability to support innovation, growth, and product quality improvement as well as to be the voice for the customer and dealer within Kubota.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS:
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS, AND TRAINING:
Bachelor’s Degree + 8 Years of dealer operations experience or associates or vocational tech school and 15+ years related experience in an industrial or related field.
PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED:
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Typical office environment. The position will require walking, standing and sitting at a computer. The ADSM must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. The position will require walking, standing, driving and sitting at a computer.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Performance of the duties of this job will expose the person to potential hazards including, noise, chemicals, paints, fuels, dust, heat, moving parts and operation of mechanical or electrical equipment. Expected travel is 60%.
