As an Assistant Service Manager, you will gain hands-on experience in our auto service centers by engaging with guests and delivering outstanding service. You will learn to manage the service department effectively, including scheduling, organizing workflow, and ensuring timely, quality work. Responsibilities include:
  • Driving sales through guest interactions and promoting tire and service sales
  • Building guest relationships and ensuring satisfaction
  • Managing the service department operations as needed
  • Training and developing service department staff
  • Explaining warranties, promotions, and advertisements to guests
  • Using tools and guidelines to recommend services
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Performing manual tasks, including lifting tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting
Basic Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of automotive service experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Minimum age of 18
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Management experience
  • Automotive service sales experience
Position Criteria:
  • Strong work ethic and motivation
  • Responsibility, dependability, teamwork, and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and follow procedures
