Job summary

Goodyear is seeking a hands-on Service Manager for our Fleet Service Center in Atlanta. You will supervise the team, oversee service appointments, and ensure high-quality work from start to finish, including billing and POS interactions.

The role offers a 4-day work week option (9PM–7AM) or a 5-day work week option (9PM–6AM) within a fast-paced, service-first environment. Competitive pay, medical plans, 401(k), and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Automotive Service management experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• No relocation is being offered for this position.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Learn line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes and tire installation.
• Document all work performed on the repair order.
• Schedule your team, service appointments, and organize workflow to deliver quality work on time to the fleet.
• Promote teamwork to deliver times and accurate guest care while maintaining company policy on vehicle care and operation.
