A leading company in property services is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to join their Multifamily Maintenance team. This full-time role involves overseeing maintenance operations, ensuring resident satisfaction, and providing support to the Service Manager. Ideal candidates will have strong technical skills and a customer-focused attitude to maintain the efficiency of multifamily properties, handling various maintenance tasks while leading the team.

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Assistant Service Manager to join our Multifamily Maintenance team. This full-time, hourly position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a leadership role in maintaining the efficiency and functionality of our multifamily properties. You will play a critical role in ensuring that maintenance operations run smoothly while providing outstanding service to residents and supporting the Service Manager in day-to-day tasks.
