JBG SMITH is seeking a maintenance professional to support a service team responsible for apartment communities in the DC area. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry issues, assist with move-out inspections, and help ensure high-quality service delivery.
The role requires leadership experience, a CFC certification, and boiler/chiller maintenance or HVAC-equivalent training, with a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

The salary range for this position is $64,700.00 to $72,800.00 annually. JBG SMITH offers a bonus program, renewal incentives, and a competitive benefits package; including up to $5,200 annual reimbursement for professional development opportunities.
