About The Role

As an Assistant Service Manager, you will work closely with the Service Manager to support daily operations of the service department. Your role will be essential in maintaining our high standards for customer satisfaction, team coordination, and repair efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Service Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations
• Help lead and motivate the service advisor team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Coordinate repair orders, monitor workflow, and ensure timely vehicle delivery
• Support the development of service staff through training and coaching
• Address customer concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset
