C&J Automotive of Parkesburg is currently seeking an experienced Assistant Service Manager to join our growing team!

C&J Automotive Service Advisors are essential team members as the face of the shop and the clients' main point of contact throughout the repair/maintenance process. We service our clients with honesty and integrity, working as a partner to advise clients, build a long-standing relationship and always provide a 5-star experience. At C&J we have a highly skilled team that has fun and allows for a work/life balance with weekends off and we would love to add more top talent to our team!

Job Duties:
  • Greet clients and maintain showroom.
  • Schedule appointments.
  • Main point of contact for client, relaying diagnosis, recommendations, etc.
  • Work as a team to ensure all clients are taken care of.
  • Receiving/ordering/posting parts.
  • Managing parts returns and warranties.
  • Review digital inspections.

Requirements:
  • Automotive Experience.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skill.
  • Valid drivers license.
  • Sales Experience.
  • Positive attitude with a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment with a customer satisfaction focus.
  • Have strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Manage client experience from beginning to end.
