Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Assistant Service Manager to support the Service Manager in managing daily Front of House operations. If you have a passion for Legendary Food, Legendary Service, and Legendary People, apply today!

Responsibilities of an Assistant Service Manager

1. Oversee service in the Front of House
2. Enforce compliance with employment policies in collaboration with management
3. Approve all Front of House side work
4. Provide and oversee thorough training
5. Work during peak times to set the pace in the Front of House
6. Manage through hands-on supervision, including assisting with serving, hosting, cooking, etc.
7. Ensure 100% table visitation to gather customer insights and assist in sales strategy development
8. Lead by example to develop employees and assistants
9. Cross-train employees
10. Oversee scheduling of designated departments as directed
11. Develop promotions and incentives to drive sales and conduct rallies
12. Manage compliance with Responsible Alcohol Service training
13. Practice safe food handling procedures
14. Maintain cleanliness and safety of the restaurant at all times
15. Assist with managing guest flow
16. Assist with liquor inventory and ordering
17. Support building sales initiatives in collaboration with the Local Store Marketer
18. Uphold the restaurant's culture and core values: passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose
