A family-style automotive dealership in Beaufort, SC is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to oversee daily operations of the service department, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage service work. Candidates must have dealership experience, preferably with Honda, and a valid driver's license with a good driving record. This full-time role offers a performance-based pay plan, benefits, and a sign-on bonus of up to $2,500.

Qualifications

• Successful track record of positive CSI results.
• Team oriented and able to pass MVR, background check and pre‑employment drug test.

Assistant Service Manager

Join Stokes Honda Cars of Beaufort as an Assistant Service Manager in our family‑style automotive dealership located minutes from Hilton Head, Beaufort, and the surrounding waterways.

We are looking for an experienced ASM with Honda or dealership experience. Candidates will be responsible for the daily operation, sales, productivity, and profitability of the service department.

Job Summary

Assistant Service Manager is responsible for selling, identifying, and documenting service, maintenance, and repair work for customers, scheduling services, and ensuring customer satisfaction and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Service Manager in the effective daily operation of the service department.
• Apply customer service standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely communication.
• Maintain the appearance and conditions of assigned facilities, complying with security, safety and environmental codes.
• Ensure strict compliance with the Service Code of Ethics and all relevant regulations.
• Perform any other functions required by the Service Manager.
• Work with customers and technicians to identify required maintenance.
• Perform road tests, advise customers of needed services, offer additional services and repairs.
• Estimate and enter itemized costs, schedule appointments, and report on CSI and repair production standards.
