Job summary

Compass Group USA's Levy team at Gallagher Terrace, Barclays Center, is seeking an Assistant Server to support dining room operations.

You will assist servers, deliver orders, buss tables, and ensure proper presentation and HACCP compliance. This is a part-time role in a fast-paced hospitality environment, offering opportunities to grow within a major venue.

Candidates should be able to lift 25 lbs and stand for long periods, with a commitment to safety and excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Supports servers in preparing the dining room and table sets.
• Delivers orders to the table and buses tables.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control and serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards.
• Personal commitment to your own safety and that of others.
• Abides by all Company policies and procedures including but not limited to: The use of slip-resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques.
