Assistant Security Site Lead - $18.25/hr

We are currently hiring for an Assistant Security Site Lead in the Cincinnati, OH area. This position is 2nd shift with a starting pay rate of $18.25/hr and is paid weekly.

Requirements

• 1+ years of supervisor experience
• 3+ years of security, law enforcement, or military experience (preferred)
• Previous scheduling and truck gate experience (preferred)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and other shifts as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills

The Site Lead may perform duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The role requires reading and understanding Post Orders and SOPs to act quickly and efficiently according to directives.
