- Demonstrated experience in leading teams and engaging with politically influential stakeholders
- Knowledge of regulatory laws, regulations, and experience with legislative processes
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and navigate politically sensitive environments

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Four (4) or more years in a regulatory or enforcement-focused leadership role
- Master's degree in public health, public administration, healthcare administration, or a closely allied field
- Experience in public health training or similar fields
- Executive leadership experience in regulatory, enforcement, or compliance settings
- Familiarity with directing large, complex data or information technology projects
