Jetro Restaurant Depot is seeking an Assistant Seafood Manager to support the seafood department's daily operations, ensuring product quality, presentation, and inventory accuracy while upholding company standards.

You will supervise staff, assist with merchandising, verify incoming shipments, and maintain a clean, organized department in a temperature-controlled retail/warehouse setting.

• Support daily seafood department operations to ensure product availability, quality, and presentation
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels through proper stock control and rotation
• Ensure seafood products are handled and stored according to food safety standards

Work Environment / Expectations

Primarily retail or warehouse environment with temperature-controlled areas. Requires standing, walking, and handling products for extended periods. May require schedule flexibility based on department needs.
