Job summary

Dexian is seeking a dedicated Assistant Scientist to support the development of oral solid formulations. The role involves executing laboratory and pilot plant activities, designing experimental formulation studies, and conducting material characterization and formulation testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Experience in oral formulation development and processing is required.
• Knowledge of formulation development and oral product processing techniques (e.g., blending, tableting, encapsulation).
• Ability to track data trends and utilize statistical analysis software is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, technical proficiency, and logical reasoning.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with peers and management.

Responsibilities

• Support and conduct activities related to the development of oral formulations.
• Perform batch processing of oral products, including material characterization and formulation testing.
