Endeavor Schools Edgewater is seeking an Assistant School Leader to work with the School Leader in day-to-day operations, ensuring a safe, compliant, and thriving learning environment. You will help drive enrollment, support curriculum delivery, and nurture a collaborative culture among staff, students, and families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, required.
• AA or BA in Early Childhood Education or related field, strongly preferred.
• Experience with Reggio Emilia philosophy, preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in education serving a student population and school community of comparable scope.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with School Leader on meeting enrollment objectives and metrics for school performance.
• Collaborate with School Leader to implement curriculum and nurture a culture of excellence.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations and licensing requirements.
• Maintain staff ratios and proper classroom staffing.
• Participate in hiring and staff retention.
• Monitor employee performance and conduct evaluations.
