Our Assistant School Directors are responsible for carrying out the daily tasks and duties of management, including leading a staff of talented educators and executing our educational programming for all programs, from Infant care through School Age. You will work directly under a School Director, leading teachers and support staff in a supportive environment that encourages professional growth and passion for early childhood education. Our culture celebrates bringing your whole self to work, valuing your unique attributes, perspectives, and backgrounds.
We serve preschool children aged 6 weeks to 12 years, including Infant, Toddler, Preschool, Pre-K, Before and After Care, and Summer Camp.
This position interacts daily with parents, the School Director, teaching staff, support staff, operations personnel, facilities, custodial teams, and regional support teams.
Salary is negotiable based on education and experience. All offers contingent upon background check and required documentation.
