Essential Functions

• Assist the director in hiring and motivating staff.
• Support orientation and ongoing training.
• Network within the community to recruit families and meet enrollment goals.
• Promote teamwork and uphold Celebree's mission, vision, and values.
• Maintain effective documentation and use company tools/processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service to parents and visitors.
• Ensure the school environment is clean, organized, and meets visual standards.
• Support new initiatives and adapt to new programs and policies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
• Assist in planning field trips and curriculum implementation.
• Help create staff schedules and maintain employee and child records.
• Complete paperwork and recordkeeping promptly.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support enrollment and budget goals.
• Demonstrate accountability, initiative, and goal-setting for the school.

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

• BA degree in education or related field is highly preferred; AA degree in Early Childhood Education or related discipline is required. Management experience may substitute education on a case-by-case basis.
• Preschool Lead Teacher certification (90 hr) required; Infant & Toddler (45 hr) and School Age Teacher (90 hr SA) certifications are strongly desired.
• Business or accounting experience is a plus.
• Management experience in early childhood education is advantageous.
