Sight & Sound Theatre in Ronks, PA is seeking an Assistant Sample Maker to join the Costume Shop seamstress team. You will assist in constructing costumes for shows, support the Sample Maker, and help meet production timelines with careful craftsmanship.

As part of the Costume Shop seamstress team, the Assistant Sample Maker will
construct costumes for all theater costume needs and seasonally supports the Costumes Sample Maker.

The physical demands of this position are active in nature. You will be expected to be on your feet frequently, walk and stand regularly, sit regularly, work indoors, use step stools, operate small machinery and power tools, and frequently lift/exert up to 50 lbs. of force. Experience within a theater costume shop as a seamstress stitcher or master seamstress, or firsthand stitcher or draper, or garment industryexperience.
