SmartStyle Salon is seeking a Hair Stylist Assistant Manager. The role requires leadership to guide the team, deliver exceptional guest service, and provide quality consultations. You’ll perform services and support the salon manager to ensure a smooth operation.

You must hold a current cosmetology or barber license and be flexible to work evenings and weekends. The position includes admin tasks, close-out duties, and opportunities for growth within a franchise-led environment.

• Willing to lead and assist a salon manager.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Able to perform administrative tasks and close out the system.
• Able to read, write, and do basic math.
