Requis Salons, a Regis franchisee, is seeking a Salon Assistant Manager in Texas to lead service excellence and grow retail sales. The role requires a current state cosmetology or barber license or enrollment in the licensing program.

You will manage a team of stylists, recruit staff, and ensure high guest satisfaction. Ideal candidates bring salon experience, strong customer service, and leadership skills to rapidly build a loyal clientele.
