Qualifications

• Current Cosmetology license for the state you’re applying in.
• Full-time leadership role (minimum 40 hours per week).
• Must have the stamina to stand for long periods and perform all salon services with precision.
• Great attitude, basic math skills for inventory and cash, and stellar communication are essential.
• Bring personal equipment daily and be ready to rock.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations on the floor, including appointment book management and guest experience.
• Coach and mentor team members using the IGROW model to help reach goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure compliance with State Board and OSHA standards.
• Assist with local marketing and partnerships to keep chairs filled and the brand buzzing.
