Great Clips is hiring an Assistant Salon Manager at our Southland Shopping Center, 6869 Pearl Rd, Middleburg Heights, OH. If you’re a licensed cosmetologist or barber, you’ll lead a busy, high-energy team while continuing to cut hair.

This role blends hands-on styling with daily salon operations, coaching your team, and delivering outstanding customer service. Great Clips University provides ongoing training, with flexible scheduling and solid earning potential.

Qualifications

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and great customer service
• A team-first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others
• Clear communication skills and a positive, motivating attitude
• Organization, flexibility, and the desire to help keep the salon running smoothly
• An interest in growing your leadership skills and taking on more responsibility

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily salon operations and team leadership
