Great Clips Chester is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager to lead daily operations while continuing to cut hair and develop leadership skills. You will support a team of stylists, ensure smooth operations, and utilize Great Clips University training to grow into management.

The role offers an hourly wage plus tips, with flexible scheduling and growth opportunities within the brand. Medical benefits and PTO may be available at certain locations.

Qualifications

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state)
• Strong haircutting skills and excellent customer service

• Organization, flexibility, and the desire to help keep the salon running smoothly
