Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in West Hollywood, CA is seeking enthusiastic, entry-level sales associates to join our brand-driven team. You will help customers choose tanning products and memberships, welcome guests, and contribute to a fun, results-oriented store atmosphere.

We offer a vibrant work environment with flexible scheduling for students, paid training, and opportunities for leadership as you grow. Starting pay is $20.50 per hour, plus a commission and bonus structure on sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to stand, bend, and walk for 7 hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales goals.
• Assist with daily store manager admin work.
• Assist with training new hire sales associates.
• Assist with holding team members accountable to policies and sales expectations.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Open/close the business.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and track goals.
• Walk customers to rooms and demonstrate tanning equipment for first-time users.
• Attend off-site sales and job trainings.
