Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in Lake Forest, CA is seeking energetic, entry-level sales associates to join a vibrant, team-oriented environment. You will promote tanning services, educate customers on safe practices, and drive sales with a focus on goals and customer care.

Starting pay is $18 per hour with commissions and a $200 monthly store bonus opportunity. Training includes entry-level sales and leadership development to support growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to stand, bend, walk for long periods (7 hours/day).
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation; flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales goals.
• Assist with daily store manager admin work.
• Help train new sales associates.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Assists with daily store manager admin work
• Assists with training new hire sales associates
• Assists with holding team members accountable to standard policies and sales expectations
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Opening/closing business
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
• Walk customers to their rooms and teach them how to use the tanning equipment when they have questions or are first time users.
• Attending Off Sight Sales And Job Trainings

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
