Job summary

Great Clips is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager in San Leandro, CA. This leadership role combines cutting hair with supporting daily salon operations and helping the team succeed. You’ll grow into management while staying behind the chair, with ongoing training and opportunities within the world’s largest salon brand.

Our Managers earn up to $33 per hour including tips, with an extra $2 per hour on Sundays for weekend shifts. Holiday pay and paid time off may be available at selected locations.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (state specific).
• Strong haircutting skills and customer service.

Responsibilities

What you bring to the team

To join a Great Clips salon team as an Assistant Salon Manager, you’ll need:

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and great customer service
