Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in Irvine is seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals for an entry-level sales role. This position offers hands-on training, a vibrant team environment, and opportunities for growth. Starting pay is competitive, with commission on sales and a monthly store bonus.

The team promotes a fun, goal-driven culture and a strong emphasis on customer care. Responsibilities include achieving daily sales targets, assisting with store operations, and training new associates.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time (7 hours per day).
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales goals.
• Assist with daily store manager admin work.
• Assist with training new hire sales associates.
• Hold team members accountable to standard policies and sales expectations.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Open/close business.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.
• Walk customers to rooms and teach how to use tanning equipment for first-time users.
