West Coast Tanning, Inc. is hiring energetic individuals for entry-level sales roles at our California locations. Join a vibrant, professional team and represent a trusted brand in the tanning industry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for 7 hours per day and lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales goals.
• Assist with daily store manager admin work.
• Assist with training new hires.
• Ensure team adheres to policies and sales expectations.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean salon.
• Open/close the business.
• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.
• Walk customers to rooms and teach them how to use the tanning equipment.
• Attend off-site sales and training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Assists with daily store manager admin work
• Assists with training new hire sales associates
• Assists with holding team members accountable to standard policies and sales expectations
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Opening/closing business
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
• Walk customers to their rooms and teach them how to use the tanning equipment when they have questions or are first time users.
• Attending Off Sight Sales And Job Trainings

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
