Earn $25–$30 per hour on average, including $16/hour base pay, tips and 10% retail commission, plus paid time off, incentives and free training. Assist with team coaching, daily operations, 14–17-minute haircut standards and retail sales. Easy retirement savings with RetirePathVA. Up to 40 hours/week and optional Reston shifts. Virginia license and weekends required; Sundays are the priority.
