Grow into leadership at a veteran-owned Reston salon at South Lakes Village Center, voted a Top 3 Hair Salon in FFXNow’s 2026 Readers’ Choice Awards. Earn $25–$30/hour on average, including $16/hour base pay, tips and 10% retail commission, plus PTO, incentives and free training. Support the manager with coaching, daily operations and 14–17-minute haircut standards. Strong performers can advance to Salon Manager. Up to 40 hours/week and optional Fairfax shifts. Virginia cosmetology or barber license and weekend availability required; Sundays are the priority. Three years’ experience preferred.
