Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in Eureka, Missouri is seeking a Salon Director/Store Manager to lead daily salon operations, drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will hire and train Beauty Consultants, manage staff schedules, ensure policy compliance, and maintain a welcoming, high-performing environment for customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Leadership or management experience is helpful.
• Customer service and sales skills are essential.
• Ability to hire, train and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals daily/weekly/monthly.
• Assist with hiring and training the Beauty Consultants.
• Provide ongoing team training and development.
• Guide customer consultations on skin care and tanning products.
• Ensure policy compliance and maintain a clean, organized salon.
• Handle cash and daily opening/closing procedures.
• Track performance metrics and goals.

  Responsibilities

  • Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
  • Assisting with Hiring and Training your team of Beauty Consultants
  • Assisting with Ongoing team training
  • Customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, and beauty products
  • Ensuring that all company and legal policies, procedures and requirements are met
  • Maintaining a clean and organized salon
  • Cash handling, opening/closing business
  • Track goals and performance metrics

  Qualifications

  • High school diploma, or equivalent
  • Leadership/Management experience helpful
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
  • Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
