Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking a Salon Director/Store Manager to lead a dynamic team in a busy salon. You will drive sales, manage staff performance, and ensure outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

We offer base pay plus commissions, along with training and advancement opportunities. Flexible scheduling and a welcoming team culture help balance work and life while delivering top-quality tanning and skincare services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Leadership/management experience helpful.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Stand, bend, and walk for 7 hours per day.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals daily/weekly/monthly.
• Assist with hiring and training your team of Beauty Consultants.
• Assist with ongoing team training.
• Provide customer consultations on skin care, tanning, and beauty products.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Handle cash and manage opening/closing procedures.
• Track goals and performance metrics.
