Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking a Salon Director/Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and manage a team of Beauty Consultants in a fast-paced salon environment. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, a strong focus on customer service, and the ability to train staff, meet sales goals, and maintain a clean, compliant, welcoming space for clients.

Full-time role with base pay, commission opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience and team supervision required.
• Strong customer service and sales skills expected.
• Experience in hiring/training staff is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Assist with hiring and training of Beauty Consultants.
• Assist with ongoing team training.
• Provide customer consultations on skin care, tanning, and beauty products.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Handle cash and opening/closing duties.
• Track goals and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly


• Assisting with Hiring and Training your team of Beauty Consultants


• Assisting with Ongoing team training


• Customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, and beauty products


• Ensuring that all company and legal policies, procedures and requirements are met


• Maintaining a clean and organized salon


• Cash handling, opening/closing business


• Track goals and performance metrics

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent


• Leadership/Management experience helpful


• Must be at least 18 years of age


• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day


• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance


• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
