Great Clips Careers of ND & MN is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager for our Auburn, Washington salon. In this leadership role you’ll guide a busy floor, support your team, and help maintain excellent service and salon operations.

Starting base pay is $22–$25 per hour, with a clear path to $40–$50+ per hour through tips and performance incentives. We provide comprehensive paid training, weekly paychecks, medical, dental, 401(k), and up to five paid holidays.
