SmartStyle Hair Salon in Alabama, operated by Yellowhammer Salon Group (YSG), seeks an Assistant Salon Leader to oversee daily operations and deliver exceptional service.

You will lead a team, drive sales, manage schedules and expenses, and ensure client satisfaction while partnering with the Salon Leader to meet salon goals. A current cosmetology license and ability to work evenings/weekends are required.

Qualifications
