Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in Lincoln, NE is seeking outgoing, energetic leaders to accurately represent our brand and develop sales teams focused on increasing profits, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement. You will drive performance in a commission-driven environment and participate in a comprehensive training program designed to prepare you for a management role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively influence others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods.
• Reliable transportation; flexible availability including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Meet sales goals and other performance criteria by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff; including coaching, counseling, disciplining employees.
• Completes company operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Achieves financial objectives through monitoring controllable expenses such as labor and cost of sales.
• Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Manage tasks to keep stores clean, stocked, organized, and customer ready.
• Establishes rapport with customers to build loyalty and long-term relationships.
• Creates a positive, motivating, team-based environment.
• Investigates and resolves customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Analyze daily sales and expense information to maximize sales and net profits.
• Safeguard and account for all money received; handle banking duties.

• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
