Job summary

SmartStyle Hair Salon inside Walmart stores is seeking an Assistant Salon Leader to oversee daily operations and deliver the full range of hair services, ensuring client satisfaction and helping the salon achieve its goals.

The role offers up to 60% commission on services, up to 25% on retail, weekly bonuses, and a benefits package including health and dental coverage and paid time off. A current cosmetology license is required, with leadership and customer service strengths.

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Salon Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service delivery in our salon.

As an Assistant Salon Leader:

You will be responsible for delivering a range of hair services, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our salon. The Assistant Salon Leader is responsible for assisting the Salon Leader in achieving salon goals.

Duties:

• Deliver exceptional customer service while providing the full range of hair care services to clients.
• Demonstrate strong technical ability.
• Consistently exhibit and develop technical competence.
• Ensure salon team provides exceptional customer service
• Help market the salon and grow the business
• Ensure the salon schedules meet the needs of the business
• Manage and control expenses
• Complete required administrative tasks
