Yellowhammer Salon Group (YSG) operates SmartStyle Hair Salons inside Walmart stores. We are seeking an Assistant Salon Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service in our salon.

You will deliver hair services, manage staff, and help meet sales goals while maintaining scheduling efficiency. A current cosmetology license is required, and you should be ready to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Salon Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service delivery in our salon.

As an Assistant Salon Leader:

You will be responsible for delivering a range of hair services, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our salon. The Assistant Salon Leader is responsible for assisting the Salon Leader in achieving salon goals.

Duties:

• Deliver exceptional customer service while providing the full range of hair care services to clients.
• Demonstrate strong technical ability.
• Consistently exhibit and develop technical competence.
• Ensure salon team provides exceptional customer service
• Help market the salon and grow the business
• Ensure the salon schedules meet the needs of the business
• Manage and control expenses
• Complete required administrative tasks
• Lead team to accomplish sales goals
• Achieve personal productivity goals
• Lead through YSG vision & mission statement

Qualifications:

• Valid and current cosmetology license (Required).
