Job summary

Yellowhammer Salon Group (YSG) operates SmartStyle Hair Salon franchises inside Walmart stores, delivering a full range of hair services with strong client demand. We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Salon Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service delivery in our salon within a Walmart location.

You will assist the Salon Leader in achieving salon goals, drive service quality, supervise staff, and contribute to sales growth while maintaining outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license (Required).
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients and staff alike.
• A passion for the beauty industry and staying updated on trends and techniques.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and consistently perform quality services.
• A team player with strong leadership qualities.
• Ability to multitask and work at a fast pace while demonstrating good judgment and time management skills.
• Communicate effectively with salon team, peers, supervisors, Wal-Mart staff, vendors, and customers.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (as needed).
• The position may require working alone in the salon.

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Salon Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service delivery in our salon.

As an Assistant Salon Leader:

You will be responsible for delivering a range of hair services, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our salon. The Assistant Salon Leader is responsible for assisting the Salon Leader in achieving salon goals.

Duties:
