Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Conduct ongoing market analysis to stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings, ensuring our services remain competitive and cutting-edge.
- Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or surpass service solution targets.
- Collaborate closely with fellow service sales team members, offering support, mentorship, and shared growth opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their specific security and access control needs.
- Partner with product and service teams to communicate the technical value of solutions effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate key sales performance indicators, providing consistent updates to senior leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Engineering background (BE/Diploma) is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 7 years in service sales management, with a successful track record in leading sales teams—preferably in security, access control, or related industries.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities. Proficient in CRM tools and sales analytics.
- Highly results-oriented, customer-centric, and skilled in building and nurturing professional relationships.
