The role includes supervising day-to-day operations, improving processes, and ensuring high standards of service for every client. A commission-based incentive complements base pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of work experience required.
• Experience in a commission-driven and/or sales environment preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

• Proficient with computer systems and sales software.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by achieving all clinic KPIs and delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs and craft personalized packages.
• Collaborate with the team to upsell and offer add-on services.
• Build lasting client relationships and ensure satisfaction at every touchpoint.
• Schedule appointments, maintain records, handle calls, and support staff with operations.
• Perform opening/closing duties and process client transactions.
• Accept additional tasks as assigned by leadership to support objectives.
