Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking an experienced, full-time Assistant Sales Manager for the Syracuse, NY clinic. You will engage with clients through personalized consultations, craft dream packages, and collaborate on financing to widen service accessibility.

You will help achieve sales KPIs and support clinic leadership in daily operations. The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work weekends/evenings as needed, with base pay of $22/hour and a 0.5% uncapped

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of work experience required.
• Experience in a commission-driven and/or sales environment preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve all sales KPIs within the clinic by delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Conduct thorough and personalized consultations with new clients.
• Collaborate with the team to engage current clients and upsell services.
• Schedule appointments, maintain client records, and process financial transactions.
• Lead the team in day-to-day operations during the clinic manager's absence.
