We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager for our Sales and Marketing Department. The ideal candidate will assist the Sales Manager in managing, training, and motivating the sales staff, handle buyer calls and issues, and manage all documentation related to home purchases and closings.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing sales staff
  • Meet or exceed sales goals
  • Create incentives for neighborhoods
  • Enforce company policies
  • Recruit and hire sales representatives
  • Train and motivate the sales team
  • Conduct realtor outreach (breakfasts, lunches, presentations)
  • Collaborate with marketing on advertising strategies
  • Coordinate grand openings and new phases
  • Perform competitive analysis on products, features, neighborhoods, and amenities
Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervise two or more employees in the Sales Department, including hiring, training, evaluating performance, and addressing employee issues in accordance with company policies and laws.

Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years related experience/training, or equivalent
  • Must have a vehicle, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel
