Position: Assistant Sales Manager

The ideal candidate will assist the Sales Manager in managing, training, and motivating the sales staff, handle buyer calls and issues, and sign all documentation related to home purchase and closing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Assist in managing sales staff
  2. Meet or exceed sales goals
  3. Recruit and hire future sales representatives
  4. Train and motivate the sales team
  5. Conduct realtor outreach (breakfasts, lunches, office presentations)
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team on advertising
  7. Coordinate marketing promotions with agents
  8. Organize grand openings and new phase launches
  9. Perform competitive analysis on products, features, neighborhoods, and amenities

Supervisory Responsibilities

Directly supervises two or more employees in the Sales Department. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, assigning, and directing work, as well as performance appraisal, rewards, discipline, and resolving employee issues in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or three to five years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must have a vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and be willing to travel.
