Vivint is looking for an NIS Assistant Sales Manager to join their Inside Sales Department in Provo, Utah. This full-time position requires a motivated individual who can inspire and manage a team of sales professionals towards success.

In this role, you will set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals, conduct performance coaching, and create an energetic floor presence. Ideal candidates will be persuasive and self-motivated, with strong problem-solving skills and a high school education or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Ability to repetitively overcome objections from potential customers.
• Strong decision-making and creative problem-solving skills.

• Provide a positive energetic presence on the floor.
• Submit frequent reporting updates to the team and managers.
• Manage one-on-one trainings and compliance training.
