Base pay range

Job Description

Club Pilates is hiring in the Waco/Woodway area! Come join our team!

Company Overview: Club Pilates offers group reformer classes in various formats and levels to accommodate everyone seeking to learn Pilates and enhance their fitness expertise. We are a well-established, nationwide brand committed to providing affordable and accessible Pilates to the community.

Position: The Assistant Manager provides concierge service to members and potential members by assisting the General Manager with lead management, studio cleanliness, and customer service. Fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required.

Requirements: Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills; goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training; ability to learn and use Club Ready software; ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours; fluent in English with excellent communication skills via in person, phone, and email; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines; proficient computer skills.

Availability: Must be available Monday through Saturday, 7:30 am - 2 pm, including weekends.

Responsibilities
  • Execute sales processes including lead generation, follow-up, and closing
  • Conduct facility tours, establishing relationships and identifying individual needs
  • Maintain personal sales targets
  • Promote the club’s objectives as a fitness and wellness provider
  • Present services to current and prospective members
  • Book appointments to meet sales goals
  • Maintain cleanliness standards
  • Participate in special events such as health fairs, grand openings, and community events
  • Develop selling skills
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Additional Requirements: Must have weekend availability.
