POOLCORP, Sarasota, FL, is seeking an Assistant Sales Center Manager to support the Sales Center Manager in growing sales, profitability and customer satisfaction. The position involves warehouse operations, inventory control, and staff leadership.

You will help manage accounts receivable, develop product knowledge, and drive counter/inside sales initiatives. A strong team leadership mindset and 2+ years in related distribution roles are expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in industrial distribution, warehousing or equivalent.
• Strong sales aptitude and customer service skills.
• Experience managing accounts receivable and a staff of 10+.
• Familiarity with inventory control software and MS Office.
